The Rocco Forte Collection operate voice offices in 5 locations for its 14 toll free voice numbers.
Each location's opening hours are detailed below.
Any out of hours calls that are received by a voice office are forwarded to the next available voice office to the West of that location and will be answered in English during out of hours for example calls for the UK voice office in Manchester will be forwarded to Orlando during out of hours; calls for Orlando will be forwarded to Singapore during out of hours.
