The Rocco Forte Suite Experience
We were delighted to announce the introduction of "The Rocco Forte Suite Experience" on May 1st, 2008. In addition to our luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed suites with bespoke artworks and furnishings all suite guests will enjoy a collection of exclusive benefits available throughout all our hotels (not available to Junior Suites guests or upgrades).

The suites in The Rocco Forte Collection are already among the biggest and best in Europe, but from 1st May guests will be able to enjoy an unrivalled level of luxury with the launch of a new suite product.
As well as the comfort, space and excellent design that a Rocco Forte suite already offers, guests will now be able to enjoy a new range of services, including:
- A state-of-the-art mobile phone for complimentary local use, pre-programmed with numbers of the hotel’s local recommendations and providing a direct line to reception and the concierge, from wherever you are
- A complimentary packing and unpacking service, whereby a specially-trained member of staff will don white, silk gloves to hang and arrange each item upon arrival and to carefully repack upon departure
- An in-suite check-in
- Complimentary classic breakfast in the suite or in our restaurants
- Plus complimentary pressing upon arrival, in-house movies, a pillow menu and many other extras
These unique and complimentary services are designed to allow guests to unwind, relax and simply enjoy the suite, each of which is entirely unique; some boast baby grand pianos and others, private chefs, butlers or state-of-the-art steamrooms or saunas, whilst views range from castles to palaces, mountains, lakes and gardens.
