GDS Help Desk

Any issues with any reservations made via any of the GDSs are handled on behalf of The Rocco Forte Collection by the Travel Agency Help Desk (TAHD) at TRUST.

The GDS Helpdesk be reached via telephone at 1-800-554-5713 in Orlando from 8.00 am until 7 pm Eastern Standard Time. The desk is closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as Christmas and New Years Day.
